A beautifully designed home situated in the heart of Cheddar, brand new on the holiday let market (first bookings available December 2023 after a full renovation has been completed). Everything you need is just a short walk away including  a local pub on either side of the property which you can get to in under a minute’s walk. Although there is much more also in walking distance including more pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops etc, this really is a fabulous location for a vacation.

You have the entire property which spreads over 3 floors and consists of 3 double bedrooms, including 1 king-size bed, a family room with a double bed and an infant bed (180 x 60) and a further double, there is also a travel cot and a fold out single z bed at the property which can be made up upon request. The property also has 2.5 bathrooms, including an ensuite with a walk in shower off the master bedroom, 1 main family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and a further downstairs wc.

We offer a fully equipped kitchen so if you decide to cook, everything is on hand for you, the property also has a washing machine, coffee machine, fridge/ freezer and breakfast table with 2 stools. The lounge has a dinning area which includes an extending table that fits 8, there is also a 50 inch tv, which has amazon prime, Disney and Netflix set up and ready to go. Wifi is also included at the property and passwords will be supplied on arrival. We have also left an array of board games, puzzles, children’s toys, books and an Xbox console if you wish to use them.

Outside the property there is a small garden which offers further seating area and bbq. There is also 1 parking space assigned to the property but there is ample off-street parking right outside the property so parking will not be an issue at all.

So as animal lovers we definitely want you to be able to bring your beautiful furbabie’s with you, though any more than 1 well behaved dog would have to be agreed prior to visit, please note there is a small fee of £25 when bringing a pet.

The property Is located in walking distance of Cheddar Gorge where there is so much to see and do including Cheddars famous caves and gorge but there are also plenty of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. There is also a small Tesco’s open till 11 pm in the village and a larger Sainsburys if you need to do a larger shop. We also have many souvenir shops, cheese shop selling Cheddars famous cheese, plenty of places to get ice creams, cream teas, coffees, fudges, sweets, Cider, dog groomers and even an all year round Christmas shop. There are many beautiful walks and cycle paths in and around Cheddar to explore as the County of Somerset has so much to offer including many places to takes the kids for a day out.

Nearby to Cheddar you have Wells a beautiful and historic town that has lots to offer including it’s beautiful famous Wells Cathedral, Bishops Palace which is part of the Palace trust which has beautiful gardens to explore and many more shops, bars, cafes and restaurants all within a short drive away.

Also close by you can reach Weston-Super-Mare in under a 30 minute drive which has a sandy beach and the Grand Peir and plenty of places to get some fish and chips and ice cream. There's also a variety of, bars restaurants, shops and cafes, there is also a Vue cinemas and All-stars bowling ally in this nearby local seaside town.

Other nearby towns and City’s include Glastonbury which has the famous Glastonbury Tor, Street, Bristol and Bath which are all full of history and culture including The Roman baths in Bath and their farmers market that take place every Saturday and Bristol’s many art museums, Harbourside, SS Great Britain and much more.
